If your item is defective, please email jen@clemencemountain.com for a replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery.

For international orders, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.

Team is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If your package says it was delivered but it did not arrive, we cannot take any responsibility unless a signature was requested with your shipping service.
